For a coffee grinder material RFQ, ask the supplier to identify each model and declare the body, grinding core and powder bin separately. Huaying’s G1 and G2-P Gray pages describe a stainless steel body and grinding core; the G1-1 page instead names a stainless steel core and borosilicate powder bin. Keep those statements attached to their own components. A photograph or the phrase full stainless steel body does not establish the composition of every part in an assembled product.
Begin with the exact catalogue wording
The G1 coffee bean grinder page names “Full stainless steel body, stainless steel grinding core,” with a Classic Straight Cylinder Style and Original Stainless Steel Color. Use the model name and page link to identify the starting reference. Ask the supplier which parts its body statement covers rather than extending that wording to the complete assembly.
The separately saved G1-1 page names a stainless steel grinding core and borosilicate powder bin. G2-P Gray again lists a stainless steel body and grinding core, with Curved Style and Gray appearance. These are supplier catalogue statements. This guide has not verified an alloy grade, material certificate, coating process or physical material test for any model.
Return a declaration for each component
Use the following table when requesting wholesale coffee bean grinders. Preserve the wording found on each page, then add a supplier-confirmed component reference. An empty field means that this source did not provide that particular declaration; it does not mean the component is absent or made from the same material as a neighbouring part.
Ask the supplier to return its answer on the same model rows. A general declaration for a grinder family is useful only when the supplier explicitly identifies the models and components it covers.
Model
Observed statement
Clarification to request
G1
Stainless steel body and grinding core
Identify the body components and separately declare the powder bin
G1-1
Stainless steel core; borosilicate powder bin
Identify those parts and supply the remaining body declaration
G2-P Gray
Stainless steel body and grinding core
Identify the body scope and any separate outer finish
All requested models
No alloy grade established here
Give applicable grade or specification only if the supplier can support it
Other visible parts
Not covered by a complete bill of materials
Identify handle, knob, lid and other supplied parts separately
Keep the powder bin distinct from the body
The official G1-1 photograph shows a lower transparent-looking container, while its product text specifically names a borosilicate powder bin. Record the material wording as the supplier’s statement for that component. The photograph alone cannot establish glass composition, heat resistance, impact resistance or food-contact suitability.
The G1 reference also shows a lower transparent-looking area, but its saved short description does not give the same powder-bin material declaration. Do not copy the G1-1 statement across merely because two catalogue photographs look similar. Ask whether the offered G1 configuration uses the same component, a different one or an alternative that needs its own reference.
Ask what a finish description actually covers
The G2-P Gray page combines a stainless steel body statement with a Gray appearance entry. Keep material and visible appearance as two different fields. Request the exact component and finish description for the offered sample; the colour photograph does not establish a surface process, coating chemistry or corrosion performance.
Apply the same discipline to the G1 page’s Original Stainless Steel Color wording. It identifies the catalogue appearance reference, while a technical material or finish specification still needs a model-specific supplier response. Avoid turning a colour label into a material grade or treating a smooth-looking surface as evidence of a particular manufacturing method.
Match any document to the offered configuration
If the supplier supplies a material declaration or another supporting document, record its title, issue or revision date, identified model and covered components. Ask about any part or offered version outside that scope. This request does not imply that a particular certificate or test report is already available, required for every order or applicable to the whole assembly.
Keep document review separate from sample appearance approval. A buyer can identify the requested photograph without having accepted a complete material specification. Likewise, a component document may leave the offered colour or included accessories unresolved. The purchase record should show those open questions rather than combining them into one unexplained approved status.
Send a component-specific request
A practical enquiry can say: “Please return a component material schedule for the identified G1, G1-1 and G2-P Gray references. Keep the body, grinding core, powder bin and other supplied parts on separate lines. Identify which components your body wording covers and which supporting documents apply to the exact offered version. List alternatives separately.” Add your own requested quantities and destination.
Use Huaying’s contact page for the returned schedule and retain the original model references. The supplier’s blog contains broader grinder-selection discussion; this document addresses exact component declarations. It does not assign electrical configuration, grinding capacity, output consistency, hardness, certification, price or minimum order terms to these products.
• Retain each model’s original page wording.
• Identify component boundaries before extending a material statement.
• Keep document applicability and physical sample appearance separate.
• Leave unsupported grades, finishes and performance fields unresolved.
Frequently asked questions
Does full stainless steel body mean every supplied part is stainless steel?
Ask the supplier to identify the scope of its body statement. The saved short descriptions do not establish a complete assembly bill of materials.
Can the G1-1 powder-bin statement be copied to G1?
Keep the borosilicate statement with G1-1 unless the supplier confirms that it also applies to the exact offered G1 component.
Does the Gray G2-P image establish its coating process?
It provides an appearance reference. Request the supplier’s model-specific finish description rather than deriving a process or performance claim from colour.
What should happen when a document lists only one model?
Retain that stated scope. Ask for confirmation or further evidence for other models and components instead of automatically extending the document.
